Self-care Advocate. Workshop Facilitator. Safe Space Creator.

I’m Courtney — a wellness facilitator, speaker, and community builder creating spaces where Black Women can slow down, tell the truth, and reclaim their wellbeing without guilt or apology.
For more than a decade, I’ve designed workshops, retreats, and conversations centered on rest, boundaries, mental health, and sustainable self-care — because I know firsthand how heavy it can be to always be the strong one.
This work exists so you don’t have to carry everything alone.
This is not therapy — it’s community care, reflection, and real-life tools for everyday wellbeing.

The Mission...
My mission is to create safe, affirming spaces where Black Women can slow down, rest, and reconnect with themselves — without guilt or the pressure to be strong all the time.
Through workshops, support circles, and practical tools, I help Women care for their mental and emotional well-being in ways that are sustainable, culturally rooted, and real-life friendly.
This is about more than self-care.
It’s about honoring your needs, protecting your peace, and remembering who you are beyond what you carry.

My Approach...
Because strength shouldn’t cost you your peace.
My approach blends lived experience, cultural awareness, and practical tools to support Black Women in caring for their mental and emotional well-being in ways that feel honest and sustainable.
Every space I create is grounded in:
-
Rest as Resistance
-
Community Care
-
Authenticity
-
Sustainability
-
Empowerment
This work is gentle, grounded, and real — designed to meet you where you are, not push you where you’re not ready to go.

Who I Serve...
Because strength shouldn’t cost you your peace.
I serve Black Women who’ve been strong for a long time and are ready to rest.
Mid-career professionals, caregivers, and leaders who carry a lot — and are craving space to slow down, breathe, and take care of themselves without guilt.
You’re in the right place.
