The Safe Space
By Courtney J. Fulton

A Safe Space to Exhale, Reflect, and Restore
Wellness workshops, support spaces, and practical resources for Black Women who are tired of carrying everything and ready to protect their peace without guilt.

I create affirming spaces where Black Women can slow down, tell the truth about what they’re carrying, and build sustainable rhythms of rest, boundaries, and self-care.

Who I Serve
I create spaces for Black Women navigating real life in real time — careers, caregiving, leadership, family expectations, emotional fatigue, and major life transitions.

This is for the women who are tired of being praised for how much they carry and are ready to be supported, seen, and reminded that they matter too.

The Mission...
My mission is to create safe, affirming spaces where Black Women can slow down, rest, and reconnect — without guilt or pressure to be strong all the time.

This work is about more than self-care. It’s about honoring your needs, protecting your peace, and remembering who you are beyond what you carry.

Ways to Work Together
Whether you need a personal space to reflect, a community-centered workshop, or a facilitated conversation for your organization, my work is designed to be practical, affirming, and real-life friendly.

Support That Meets You Where You Are
Sometimes you need a workshop. Sometimes you need a reflection tool. Sometimes you need a space where you can be honest without having to explain everything first.

These resources give you simple ways to stay connected, supported, and encouraged at your own pace.
