A Safe Space to Exhale, Reflect, and Restore

You don’t have to be strong here.

Wellness workshops, support spaces, and facilitated conversations for Black Women who are tired of carrying everything and ready to protect their peace without guilt.

I create affirming spaces where Black Women can slow down, tell the truth about what they’re carrying, and build sustainable rhythms of rest, boundaries, and self-care.

This work is for the woman who is leading, caregiving, transitioning, growing, grieving, holding it all together, and quietly wondering, “When do I get to breathe?

Who I Serve

I create spaces for Black Women navigating real life in real time — careers, caregiving, leadership, family expectations, emotional fatigue, and major life transitions.

This is for the women who are tired of being praised for how much they carry and are ready to be supported, seen, and reminded that they matter too.

The Mission...

My mission is to create safe, affirming spaces where Black Women can slow down, rest, and reconnect — without guilt or pressure to be strong all the time.

Through workshops, support circles, and practical tools, I support mental and emotional wellbeing in ways that are sustainable and real-life friendly.

This is about more than self-care.

It’s about honoring your needs, protecting your peace, and remembering who you are beyond what you carry.

You Don’t Have to Earn Rest

Somewhere along the way, many of us learned how to keep going, keep giving, keep showing up, and keep being “strong” — even when we were tired.

But strength should not require silence. Caregiving should not cost you yourself. Leadership should not mean losing your peace.

My work helps Black Women pause, reflect, and reconnect with themselves in ways that feel honest, practical, and sustainable.

Sis, You Are the Value

My Signature Workshop

A restorative workshop experience for Black Women who are ready to release the pressure to prove, perform, and overextend.

This session creates space to:

1. Name what has been heavy

2. Reconnect with your worth

3. Practice seeing yourself beyond productivity, titles, caregiving, and what you do for everybody else.

Because you are not valuable, because you are exhausted. You are valuable because you are you.

An hour didn’t seem to be enough time. I wonder if an hour and a half would be good for timing.
